Event Details

A health and wellness program designed to provide young people with skills to live a healthy lifestyle. Participants will learn about the different food groups and the importance of being physically active, engage in hands-on activities such as making healthy snacks, and creating a "Blubber Burger.” Each week a new topic is discussed. Best for 4th-8th graders…and parents too!!
