Event Details

Let's celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by learning how to prepare a traditional dish from Mexico called esquite (corn in a cup). We'll have a special guest Violeta Trujeque, originally from Veracruz, Mexico, who will talk about the uses of corn in Mexican cuisine as she demonstrates how to prepare this typical food called antojito(snack). Samples are provided. Please register. Limit 50.
