In order to help local families who may be in need, the library is conducting a “Food-for-Fines” program from November 27th - December 30th.  During that period, non-perishable food items (items must have labels intact and must not be expired) may be donated in lieu of fines.  Donations will be accepted for FINES ONLY, not bills, damaged/replacement items or overdues that are still checked out.  1 food item = $1 in fines up to $10 in fines (ie 10 items).  Call the library for more information.
